Detailed Report of the Committee of Human Rights Reporters Regarding Threats and Arrests of its Members

Committee of Human Rights Reporters—In recent months, we have been witnessing unprecedented violence and suppression. CHRR, despite a clear and transparent policy of informing of human rights violations in Iran, was not an exception to these threats and arrests.

On June 14, 2009, Shiva Nazar Ahari, a member of CHRR, was arrested in her office and was released 100 days later after paying
200 000 000 toman bail (approx 200,000 USD).  Nevertheless, her file filled with heavy and groundless crimes remains open in the Revolutionary Court. Once before in July 2004, Shiva Nazar Ahari was arrested while attending a gathering by relatives of political prisoners in front of the United Nations office. She was sentenced to one year probation.

Saeed Kalanaki and Saeed Jalalifar were arrested on December1, 2009. After arresting Saeed Kalanaki in his office, they went to his home to search and seize his personal belongings. Saeed Jalalifar, another member of the committee, was arrested on the same day after having left his house. The Intelligence authorities informed his family the day after his arrest. These two members are being detained now in the public section of Evin Prison. Saeed Kalanaki’s family visited him last Thursday, but Saeed Jalalifar had no visits. Saeed Kalanaki was the director of the Student Committee for Support of Political Prisoners before joining CHRR. he was arrested for attending the strike in front of the United Nations office in protest of the arrests of some students. He was sentenced by section 26 of the Revolutionary Court to five years probation. Saeed Jalalifar was studying physics in Zanjan University when he protested against the sexual harassment of a student committed by Hassan Madadi, the vice president of the Universtiy. Jalalifar was later summoned by the Intelligence Ministry. He was expelled from the university because he complained.

On December 20 at 9:30pm, Shiva Nazar Ahari, Koohyar Goodarzi, and Saeed Haeri were arrested by security forces in Enqelab Square [Tehran] as they were heading for Qom in a bus, together with social activists and members of political prisoners to participate in the burial of the deceased Ayatollah Montazeri. Shiva Nazar Ahari had only a phone call [in prison] and a visit. No further details are available about the situation of Koohyar Goodarzi and Saeed Haeri.
Koohyar Goodarzi was expelled from Sharif University on November 3, 2009, under pressures from the Intelligence Ministry. He was also banned from the university and the student dormitory.

On January 2, 2010, Parisa Kakayi and Mehrdad Rahimi, after several telephone threats, were summoned to the Ministry of Intelligence and they were arrested there. Parisa Kakayi called her family from section 209 tonight.  No details are available on the whereabouts of Mehrdad Rahimi. A few days before November 4, 2009, Parisa Kakayi was summoned to section 3 of the Revolutionary Court, together with some of the women’s rights activists. She was interrogated by the Intelligence Ministry in their office. Mehrdad Rahimi is a student activist and deputy of the Committee for Defense of the Rights of Citizens in the central office of Mehdi Karoubi.

Today two more members of CHRR, Saeed Habibi and Hessam Misaghi were called and repeatedly threatened over the phone. According to the law in Iran, being called over the phone for these matters is forbidden.

Saeed Habibi was arrested before this in December 2007 during the big suppression of student activists. He was released 70 days later after posting 150,000,000 toman bail (approx. 150, 000 USD). On September 26, 2009, he was again sentenced, this time to three years of detention with punishment [Taaziri].

In recent months, unprecedented pressure has been put on CHRR.  There have been numerous cases of telephone calls and threats in past weeks.

During the last week, Shiva Nazar Ahari, Saeed Kalanaki and Saeed Jalalifar contacted two other members of the committee and demanded from them to close the CHRR website. This is a clear sign that the organization is under pressure and more threats.

Immediately afterwards, the two members heard the interrogators’ voice on the phone threatening them and asking them to shut down the website. They were threatened with harsh treatment if they did not comply.

Shiva Nazar Ahari said in a phone conversation that she would see Koohyar Goodarzi. This means that the Intelligence Ministry has made the committee’s members meet in section 209 of Evin to place more pressure on them.

Shiva Nazar-Ahari went on a hunger strike that resulted in her fainting and being taken to the clinic in section 209.  Her interrogator has threated her with execution.

According to received reports, the members of the committee are under huge pressure to confess to having cooperated with the Organization of Mojahedin Khalgh.  CHRR consider this accusation absolutely groundless and consider these pressures, while condemning them at the same time, only as preparations by the regime for more suppressions. It is also a sign for more tragic events to come.

Because of the threats and phone calls, the other members of the committee are in danger of being arrested.

Human Rights Reportes Committee is an independent organization that informs of the violation of human rights in Iran. During its four years of transparent and distinguished activity, it has been very influential in reporting of the violation of rights of poiltical prisoners, children, women, students, and other members of society.

To close the CHRR website means limiting the freedom of expression, thus making people more reliable on the information from the regime’s news channels.

The Committee of Human Rights Reporters demands the unconditioned release of all its members who are imprisoned.

گزارش تفصیلی کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر در خصوص تهدید و بازداشت اعضای این کمیته در ماه های اخیر

کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر- در ماه های اخیر شاهد خشونت و سرکوب بیسابقه و نقض تمامی اشکال حقوق بشر در ایران بوده ایم. کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر با وجود خط مشی مشخص و شفاف در زمینه آگاه سازی از موارد نقض حقوق بشر در ایران, از این عمر مستثنا نبوده است

در روز 24 خرداد شیوا نظر آهاری از اعضای کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر در محل کار خود بازداشت و پس از 100 روز زندان آزاد شد. او یکم مهر ماه در حالی با وثیقه‌ی 200 میلیون تومانی از زندان آزاد شد که پرونده‌ی وی با اتهاماتی سنگین و بی‌اساس کماکان در دادگاه انقلاب مفتوح است. پيش از آن در مرداد ماه 1383 نیز شیوا نظرآهاری،در جریان تجمع خانواده های زندانیان سیاسی در مقابل سازمان ملل بازداشت و متعاقب آن به يک سال زندان تعليقي محکوم شده بود

سعید کلانکی و سعید جلالی فر در روز 10 آذر بازداشت شدند.ماموران پس از بازداشت سعید کلانکی در محل کارش, با مراجعه به منزل وی اقدام به تفتیش و ضبط وسایل شخصی وی نموده‌‌اند. سعید جلالی‌فر دیگر عضو کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر نیز صبح همان روز پس از خروج از منزل دستگیر شد. دستگاه امنیتی با یک روز تأخیر بازداشت وی را به خانواده‌اش اطلاع دادند. این دو عضو هم اکنون در بند عمومی زندان اوین به سر می برند. سعید کلانکی روز پنج شنبه گذشته با خانواده خود ملاقات داشت این در حالیست که سعید جلالی فر تا کنون هیچ ملاقاتی نداشته است. سعيد کلانکي پيش از تشکيل کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر، دبير کميته دانشجويي دفاع از زندانيان سياسي بوده و به دليل تحصن مقابل سازمان ملل در اعتراض به بازداشت شماري از دانشجويان، بازداشت و از سوي شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب به 3 سال حبس تعليقي به مدت 5 سال محكوم شده بود. سعید جلالی فر دانشجوی رشته‌ی فیزیک در دانشگاه زنجان در پی اعتراض به هتک حرمت یکی از دانشجویان دختر توسط حسن مددی، معاون دانشجویی این دانشگاه،توسط نهادهای امنیتی احضار و به دلیل پیگیری این مطالبه‌ی صنفی از دانشگاه اخراج شد

ساعت 21:30 یک شنبه 29 آذر ماه، شیوا نظر آهاری, کوهیار گودرزی و سعید حائری در اتوبوس حامل جمعی از فعالان اجتماعی و خانواده های زندانیان سیاسی که برای شرکت در مراسم خاکسپاری مرحوم آیت الله منتظری عازم قم بود در میدان انقلاب توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند. شیوا نظرآهاری یک بار تماس تلفنی و یک ملاقات داشته است و همچنان از وضعیت کوهیار گودرزی و سعید حائری اطلاعی در دست نیست

کوهیارگودرزی در تاريخ 12 آبان 88 با فشار نهادهای امنیتی از دانشگاه صنعتی شریف اخراج و به خوابگاه و دانشگاه ممنوع‌الورود شد

در 12 دی ماه, پریسا کاکایی و مهرداد رحیمی پس از احضار به وزارت اطلاعات و تهدیدهای تلفنی متعدد پس حضور در آنجا بازداشت شدند. پریسا کاکایی شب بعد از بازداشت از بند 209 با خانواده اش تماس میگیرد با این وجود از وضعیت مهرداد رحیمی خبری در دست نیست. پریسا کاکایی چند روز پیش از سالگرد 13 آبان همراه با تنی چند از فعالان حقوق زنان به شعبه‌ی سه دادگاه انقلاب احضار و متعاقب آن در دفتر پیگیری وزارت اطلاعات مورد بازجویی قرار گرفت. مهرداد رحیمی فعال دانشجویی و قائم مقام کمیته دفاع از حقوق شهروندی ستاد مرکزی مهدی کروبی در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری اخیر بود

هم اکنون دو عضو دیگر کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر, سعید حبیبی و حسام میثاقی مورد احضار و تهدید پیاپی تلفنی قرار دارند. که بر اساس قوانین ایران احضار تلفنی غیر قانونی است. سعید حبیبی، پیش از این در آذرماه 1386، در جریان سرکوب گسترده فعالان دانشجویی طیف چپ بازداشت و پس از 70 روز با قرار وثیقه 150 میلیون تومانی از زندان آزاد شده بود که در دادگاه در روز 4 مهر 1388 محکوم به سه سال حبس تعزیری شد. در طی ماه های اخیر فشار بی سابقه ای بر کمیته وارد شده است. موارد بسیاری از احضار و تماس تلفنی بازجو و اطلاعات به اعضا که در هفته های اخیر به تهدید و بازداشت متعدد منتهی شده است

در هفته گذشته شیوا نظر آهاری، سعید کلانکی و سعید جلالی فر با دو تن از دیگر اعضای کمیته از بند 209 زندان اوین تماس گرفته و خواستار متوقف شدن سایت کمیته شده اند که این نشان از فشار شدید بر آنها می باشد و سپس بازجوی آنها با گرفتن گوشی تلفن و تهدید دیگر اعضا خواستار توقف سایت کمیته شد و تهدید کرد اگر سایت متوقف نشود داخل زندان و خارج از زندان برخورد شدید خواهد کرد

شیوا نظر آهاری در تماس تلفنی گفت کوهیار گودرزی را دیده است که این به معنای رو به رو کردن اعضای کمیته در بند 209 به منظور فشار بیشتر بر روی آنان می باشد

شیوا نظر آهاری در سه روز گذشته دست به اعتصاب غذای خشک زد که منجر به انتقال وی به بهداری بند 209 شد. بازجوی وی, او را تهدید به اعدام کرده است

بر اساس گزارش های رسیده اعضای کمیته تحت فشار شدید برای اعتراف به همکاری با سازمان مجاهدین خلق هستند. کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر این اتهام را کاملا بی اساس می داند و این فشارها که زمینه سازی برای سرکوب هر چه شدیدتر و اتفاق های ناگوار آینده است را شدیدا محکوم می کند

به دلیل ادامه تهدیدها و احضارهای تلفنی، دیگر اعضای کمیته نیز در خطر بازداشت قرار دارند

کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر, نهادی مستقل در زمینه خبر رسانی موارد نقض حقوق بشر در ایران است که در طول چهار سال فعالیت شفاف و مشخص خود نقش موثری در خبر رسانی از وضعیت نقض حقوق زندانیان سیاسی, کودکان, زنان, دانشجویان و دیگر اقشار جامعه ایفا کرده است. تعطیلی سایت به معنای خواست محدود شدن آزادی بیان و خبر رسانی هر چه بیشتر از سوی حاکمیت است

کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر خواستار آزادی بی قیدو شرط و سریع تمامی اعضای در بند خود می باشد
