At 10 pm, the basiji forces were booed by people on Valiasr Street, between Tajrish and Parkway
According to reports on Thursday October 8, at 10:00 p.m., traffic was very high on Valiasr Street, between Tajrish and Parkway, due to Valiasr Street recently becoming a one way street, and this angered the public.
The cars on Valiasr Street, in front of Mellat Park, started honking the horns and many of the passengers who were mostly young adults were holding their heads out the window, shouting slogans against dictators.
Also, the song “My Childhood Classmate” could be heard from the cars. About 15 basijis on motor bikes were patrolling this street. They kept harassing the public, and the people booed them. This report also says that the basijis broke the windshield of a Peugeot 206 and took the car plate as well.

هو شدن بسيجي ها ساعت 22 درخیابان ولی عصر بین تجریش و پارک وی توسط مردم
ا بر خبر دريافتي پنج شنبه شب 16 مهرماه ,ساعت 22 درخیابان ولی عصر بین تجریش و پارک وی به دليل ازدیاد ماشین ها ترافیک سنگینی ايجاد شده بود , اين ترافيك كه به دليل يك طرفه شدن خيابان ولي عصر بوجود آمده مردم را خشمگين كرده بود .
خودروها در خيابان ولي عصر – پارك ملت بوق مي زدند و تعدادي از سرنشينان آنها كه اكثرا جوانان بودند , سرشان را از ماشين بيرون آورده و شعار مرگ بر ديكتاتور سر دادند . همچنين آهنگ یار دبستانی من در ماشین ها با صدای بلند شنیده می شد.حدود 15 موتورسوار بسیجی در این خیابان گشت می زدند و مردم را مورد آزار و اذیت قرار می دادند که متقابلا مردم هم آنها را هو کردند. بر اساس اين خبر بسيجي ها شیشه یک سواری 206 پژو را شکستند و پلاک آن را هم با خود بردند .
