CHRR: We will continue our activities of reporting on the human rights situation

It has been decades that Iran and the Iranian people have been surrounded by bitter stories of human rights violations. Different governments from kings to sheiks have egotistically believed that ignoring the basic and self-evident rights of individuals can prolong their reigns. However, history has proven that continuous acts of atrocities and injustices are inevitably brought to light through the struggle and perseverance of freedom seekers.

It has been more than thirty years that human rights has been under the assault of the ruling theocracy, and the abuses have intensified in recent months, especially against human rights activists.  The Committee of Human Rights Reporters (CHRR) has received its share of terror, torture, arrests, and false charges.

Exaggerated claims that human rights activists are connected to foreign or political organizations have been repeatedly disseminated by Tehran’s prosecutor, domestic and military media, intelligence interrogators, and internet bandits. No plausible or credible evidence has been introduced to back their accusations of blatant lies.

By using so-called experts, the Ministry of Intelligence has begun to cover up the extent of human rights violations. In actuality, the baseless allegations are aimed to promote groups that otherwise have no influence in public opinion.

The Committee of Human Rights Reporters has indicated in their mission statement, in interviews, and in their official announcements that their activities are limited to human rights issues, and they are proud of their work.

The transparent work of CHRR is evidence that the committee has not been influenced by political and ideological opinions of its members or political groups and organizations. The position of the committee is the defense of the rights of all people, regardless of their political or religious opinions. The Human Rights Charter and its protocols and resolutions are the basis for the committee’s work.

The circus-like atmosphere of the official media has aimed at corrupting the truth. The official government media distorts the truth to such an extent that it is not only in contradiction with humane and social norms, but it is also in contradiction with the laws that are used to present the evidence. A (portion of) the media’s earnings comes from the taxes provided by the people.

The government is responsible for a clear assault on the privacy of individuals, condemning individuals without due process, abusing their authority to spread unfounded claims about individuals, unethical behaviour, and violating the current Islamic Republic of Iran’s laws. It is well known that it is the intelligence officers who have kept human rights activists in prisons for many months while spreading unfounded accusations against them. The media assault is an indication of the increasing pressures on activists to participate in show trials so unjust and cruel sentences can be issued to them.

The Committee of Human Rights Reporters emphasizes that it will continue its activities of reporting human rights conditions on both the national and international levels through collaborations with independent and credible international human rights organizations.

CHRR is deeply concerned about the extended illegal detention of its members Shiva Nazar Ahari, Koohyar Goodarzi, and Navid Khanjani. CHRR condemns the new wave of arrests of human rights activists and underlines the necessity of the unconditional and urgent release of all detained human rights activists.

بر فعاليت قاطع خويش در زمينه گزارشگری وضعيت حقوق بشر ادامه خواهيم داد

حکايت تلخ نقض حقوق بشر، سال هاست که ايران و ايرانيان را احاطه کرده است. تصور حکام مختلف از شاه تا شيخ، به گزاف بر اين تعلق گرفته است که ستاندن حقوق اوليه و بديهي انسان ها، مي تواند عامل بقاي حکومت باشد، اما تاريخ اثبات کرده است که دوام ظلم و حق کشي دروغي است که دير يا زود در نور مبارزه و مقاومت آزدي خواهان برملا خواهد گشت.

گرچه بيش از سي سال است که حقوق بشر در معرض تهديد از سوي مناديان حکومت مذهبي قرار گرفته اما در ماه هاي اخير برخورد و سرکوب خصوصا بر عليه فعالين حقوق بشر شدت گرفته است. از اين رهگذر تهديد، ارعاب، شکنجه، بازداشت، پرونده سازي و ديگر ابزارهاي پوسيده حکومت، نصيبي است که قسمت کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر گرديده است.

ادعاي گزاف ارتباط کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر با دولت هاي خارجي يا گروه هاي سياسي، مدت هاست که از بلندگوهاي مختلف حکومتي از دادستان تهران گرفته تا خبرگزاري هاي دولتي و نظامي و از بازجويان اطلاعات گرفته تا راه زنان اينترنتي که در مرداب دروغ خود غوطه مي خوردند،‌تکرار مي شود. بر اين کذب آشکار البته هيچ سند و مدرک معتبر و قابل اعتنايي ارائه نمي شود. وزارت اطلاعات از طريق به اصطلاح کارشناسان خود،‌ چنين بازي سخيفي را به راه انداخته است تا بر گستردگي و عمق نقض سازمان يافته حقوق بشر سرپوش نهد. غافل از اينکه تکرار اين مدعاي بي بنياد به واقع تبليغي است براي گروه هايي که خود جايگاهي در افکار عمومي ايران ندارند.

کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر،‌چنانکه در اساسنامه خود برآن صحه نهاده و بارها در قالب مصاحبه اعضا و بيانيه هاي رسمي خود تاکيد نموده است، فعاليتي مستقل و صرفا حقوق بشري داشته و بر اين استقلال نيز مباهات مي کند. کارنامه روشن و شفاف فعاليت کميته در بيش از چهار سال فعاليت، مهمترين گواه بر اين امر است که گزارشگري در حوزه حقوق بشر،‌ هيچ گاه از جانب کميته تحت تاثير گرايش هاي سياسي و عقيدتي اعضا از يک سو و خوشامد يا بدآمد گروه ها و جريان هاي سياسي از سوي ديگر قرار نگرفته است. موضع کميته، دفاع از حقوق کليه انسان ها، فارغ از نوع نگاه سياسي، مذهبي، اجتماعي و عقيدتي آن هاست و اعلاميه جهاني حقوق بشر و ساير پروتکل هاي الحاقي و مصوبات مرتبط با آن،‌بنيان کار کميته بوده،‌هست و خواهد بود.

در اين جنجال رسانه اي که به قصد آلودن فضاي اطلاع رساني صادقانه و واقعي برپا شده است، رسانه هاي دولتي چنان گستاخانه به قلب حقيقت مي پردازند که نه تنها در تناقض آشکار با هنجارهاي اخلاقي و انساني است،‌که مخالف قوانين موضوعه مورد استناد حکومت نيز خواهد بود. پرده دري و ورود در حوزه خصوصي افراد، نمايش فيلم از زندگي شخصي آن ها، ايراد اتهام به کوشندگان و نهادها پيش از اثبات در محکمه عادله،‌ سوء استفاده از امکانات و اطلاعات دولتي براي تخريب چهره ها و تشکل ها و بسياري موارد ديگر از اين قبيل‌ مصداق بارز سقوط و انحطاط اخلاقي کارگزان از يک سو و نقض قوانين موضوعه جمهوري اسلامي از سوي ديگر و از جانب حکومت است.

گسترش اين جنجال به حوزه ي خبرگزاري هاي دولتي و نظامي در حقيقت تبديل کردن رسانه هاي عمومي به بلندگويي براي تکرار اتهامات واهي بازجويان است. رسانه هايي که هزينه هاي خود را بر خلاف ميل مردم مستقيما از بيت المال برداشت مي کنند. ناگفته پيداست که اين سناريو نويسي هاي بي مبنا و بي معنا دقيقا همان ادعاهاي ساختگي کارشناسان اطلاعات است که به بهانه ي آن ماهها کوشندگان حقوق بشري را در زندان حبس نگه داشته اند. از سوي ديگر طرح عمومي اين اکاذيب زنگ خطري است که از وضعيت دشوار و توام با فشارهاي غيرقابل تحمل بر زندانيان حکايت مي کند. همچنين چنانکه بارها و بارها تجربه شده است اين هجوم رسانه اي نشانه ي افزايش فشار بر فعالين و زمينه سازي براي برگزاري دادگاه هاي فرمايشي و صدور احکام ظالمانه و سنگين خواهد بود.

کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر بار ديگر با صحه نهادن بر راه پيموده شده خويش و حمايت از ديگر نهادهاي فعال در عرصه حقوق بشر، ‌تاکيد مي کند که بر فعاليت قاطع خويش در زمينه گزارشگري وضعيت حقوق بشر و اطلاع رساني نسبت به آن در سطح ملي و همچنين همکاري با نهادهاي معتبر و مستقل حقوق بشري بين المللي و گزارش دهي به آنان، ادامه خواهد داد.

کميته گزارشگران حقوق بشر ضمن اعتراض به موج جديد بازداشت فعالين حقوق بشر و تاکيد به لزوم آزادي سريع و بي قيد و شرط آنان،‌ نگراني خود را نسبت به ادامه بازداشت خودسرانه اعضاي در بند خود، شيوا نظرآهاري، کوهيار گودرزي و‌ نويد خانجاني اعلام مي دارد.
