Norooz Outside Kermanshah Ministry of Intelligence Detention Centre

Committee of Human Rights Reporters (CHRR) - Kaveh Ghasemi Kermanshahi’s family members and some civil activists in the cities of Kermanshah and Sanandaj (both in western Iran and home to most of Iran’s Kurdish population), set up a sofreh haftsin (traditional decorative table set for Iranian New year) in front of the city of Kermanshah’s Ministry of Intelligence detention centre.
Kaveh Kermanshahi, member of the Kurdistan Human Rights Organization, Daftare Tahkim Vahdat, and the One Million Signatures Campaign, was arrested at his home on February 3, 2010.
27 days after this arrest, Kaveh’s mother was able to briefly visit him. After the visit, Kaveh’s detention was extended an additional month. Kaveh’s lawyer Mostafa Ahmadian has not been granted permission to view and study the case against his client.
Despite the fact that the judge presiding over the case issued an order permitting Kaveh’s family to visit him, Kermanshah’s Ministry of Intelligence has refused to allow visits.
After the New Year, the Kermanshahi family went to the burial site of Kianoosh Asa and paid respect to the former top student of Elm-o-Sanat University who was killed in the aftermath of the June 2009 presidential election.
New Year’s day (March 21st) was also Kianoosh Asa’s birthday. His family celebrated his life by placing a cake and laying flowers on his grave.

کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر – خانوادهی کاوه قاسمی کرمانشاهی، فعال حقوق بشر به همراه جمعی از فعالین مدنی کرمانشاه و سنندج، سفرهی هفتسین را مقابل بازداشتگاه اطلاعات کرمانشاه پهن کردند.
کاوه کرمانشاهی، عضو سازمان حقوق بشر کردستان، فعال کمپین یک میلیون امضا و از اعضای سازمان ادوار تحکیم وحدت، روز ۱۴ بهمنماه در منزلش دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه اطلاعات منتقل شد.
پس از ۲۷ روز، مادر این فعال مدنی موفق به ملاقات کوتاهی با فرزندش گردید. پس از آن بازداشت موقت کاوه کرمانشاهی برای ماه دوم تمدید شد. در تمام این مدت وکیل پرونده، مصطفی احمدیان، اجازهی مطالعهی پروندهی موکلش را پیدا نکرده است.
گفتنی است با وجود نامهی قاضی پرونده مبنی بر دستور ملاقات خانواده پیش از عید، ادارهی اطلاعات این اجازه را به خانوادهی کرمانشاهی نداد.
لازم به ذکر است خانوادهی کاوه قاسمی کرمانشاهی و فعالین مدنی، سپس به سر مزار کیانوش آسا رفتند و از این دانشجوی نخبهی دانشگاه علم و صنعت که در حوادث پس از انتخابات کشته شد، دیدن کردند. این دیدار مصادف با تولد کیانوش بود و خانوادهاش با قرار دادن کیک و گل بر روی مزار این دانشجوی شهید، تولد وی را برگزار کردند.

The Mede lost power in September 522 BCE in the conspiracy revolt by Darius son Hystaspes. General Darius with six other generals they killed Emperor Cambyses II son of Cyrus the Great and later Emperor Bardiya son of Cyrus the Great of Median Empire. In September 522 BCE they killed last Median Empire Emperor Bardiya in the conspiracy revolt. And they come up with story that they are killed would-be usurper named Gaumata. And they claimed that Emperor Cambyses II killed his own brother before went to conquer Egypt. Darius was proclaimed emperor of Median Empire after that.
No one believed them the people revolted from Persian regions and Median regions and followed by others in every region. Emperor Darius the Great recruited large number of mercenaries from India and other regions to defeat those revolted against him. He butchered Pars and Mede alike more than other groups and settled large number of Indian in Pars regions that later became Persian. In that process he killed two grandson of Emperor Kayxesraw (vaxshtrahyâ) too. He declared himself Emperor of Median Empire without approval of Median and Persian nobles and Magi the holy men from Zoroastrianism Religion and scholars. He killed most educated segment of society the Magi. The Iranian people left without scholars and wise educated segment of the society.
Darius the Great changed the name of Median Empire to Achamenid Empire later on in reference to his great grandfather. Achamenid Empire (522-330 BC) lasted 192 years full of betrayal and conspiracies; they learn from the master of conspiracies Darius the Great. The Median, Persian and other Iranian people no longer was united people anymore. This opens the door for Alexander the Great from Greek to conquer Achamenid Empire in very short time the Iranian people was defeated and Greek took over.
Darius the Great actions opened doors for Jewish and others nation’s scholars to fill in the vacuum left by Magi. The Jewish and other nation’s scholars wrote what ever they wished to write without any one from Iranian people to challenge them. The Greek and Jewish scholars destroyed Iranian people history and their culture after the Alexander the Great conquered Achamenid Empire. The processes continue on to our time, it is none stop process.
The Parthian and Sassanid Empire tried to revive the Iranian people culture but were not very successful. The lost of knowledgeable Magi during region of Darius the great was not replaceable. The Magi gained that knowledge in over 8000 years of study. The Magi passed on the knowledge from generations to Generations but Emperor Darius killed most of them. Those Magi left were not knowledgeable like the older ones.
The Islamic army, Mongol and Turks destroyed what was left from Greek destructions. The Mede (Kurds) and Persian were dead for over 2330 years. There are people calling themselves Persian trying to divide Iranian people always. Most of them are from Jewish, Arab and Turks origins. They are always trying to destroy unity among the Iranian people. There are few Iranian from Pars, Kurd and others among them whom they are working as agent for foreigners. They are always showing that Persian is enemies of Kurds and other Iranian’s groups. They used to be more visible during Shah of Iran. Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi’s’ hero was Emperor Darius the Great. His advisers told him to not use Median Empire as Iranian Empire. They fabricated stories for him that Iranian Empire started by Cyrus the Great and they called Persian Empire. There is no Empire by name of Persian Empire in the history of Iran. Cyrus the Great and both of his sons was the Emperors of Median Empire. The name of Empire was changed by Darius the Great from Median Empire to Achamenid Empire.
They did that to divide Iranian people farther. Reza Shah of Iran came from Turkish family, he butcher Nobel Median (Lor, Kurd and others) plus Nobel Pars and favored Indian mercenaries whom later was called Persian people. They tried to divide Iranian along the line of Persian, Kurd, Lor and hundred other names. They started language war in Iran while we have common language called Aryan language according to Emperor Darius the Great himself. Why Shah of Iran did not used his hero’s language to unit Iranian people? Why Shah of Iran was insisting to impose this half Arabic language he calls it Persian language on Iranian people? In one hand Shah used Darius the Great as his hero but in other hand Shah ignored Darius the Great language for Iranian people. Shah was aware that Darius the Great language (Emperor Darius the great calls it Aryan language) will unit Iranian people (Kurd, Persian and other Iranian groups from Pakistan to Turkey and from Kurdistan to former Soviet Union countries). Shah’s Jewish advisers did not want him to use that language because they did not want Iranian people to be united. Shah of Iran created divisions. Kurds and Persian should know that and get united now. They should know we Iranian have common language and that language is called Aryan language by Emperor Darius the Great.
The answer is known by those who cares abut the Iranian people now.
Today Allah (God) is reviving Mede (Kurds) to lead Iranian people for liberations from occupiers. The God told many Jewish Prophets that the Mede (Kurds) will revive and will return to liberate Iranian people. The God for sure told Prophet Mohammad in holy book of Qur’an that the Mede (Kurds) will come back from death most likely Arab nationalist deleted that statement when they rewrite holy book of Qur’an during the region of Islamic second khalifa (Caliph) Uthmān ibn ‘Affān.
The Mede (Kurds) was dead for over two thousand years. No one can stop the Allah (God) wishes. Yes the Return of Mede (Kurds) is here. You can see that in Newruz day across Kurdistan. Assad of Syria, Turk of Turkey, Shi’a Sayyied of Islam and the ruler of Iran can not stop the wishes of Allah (God).

Darius’ Version
The account of Darius which is written at the Behistun Inscription states that Cambyses II killed his own brother Bardiya, but that this murder was not known among the Persian people. A would-be usurper named Gaumata came and lied to the people, stating he was Bardiya. The Persians had grown rebellious against Cambyses’ rule, and on 11 March 522 BCE, a revolt against Cambyses broke out, in his absence.
On 1 July, the Persian people chose to be under the leadership of Gaumata, as “Bardiya”. No member of the Achamenid family would rise against Gaumata for the safety of their own life. Darius, who had served Cambyses as his lance-bearer until the deposed ruler’s death, prayed for aid, and in September 522 BCE, he along with Otanes, Intraphrenes, Gobryas, Hydarnes, Megabyxus and Aspathines killed Gaumata in the fortress of Sikayauvati. Darius was proclaimed emperor.
